“A food truck for the brain and hands”

A proposal to create a food truck for the brain and hands in Boulder is one of the finalists in the national Knight Cities Challenge. The Knight Foundation will fund 26 projects around the country that seek to make communities more vibrant places to live and work. David Farnan, Library and Arts director for the City of Boulder explained the concept behind “a food truck for the brain and hands.”
