Wildlands Restoration Volunteers: A Public Affair with Community Foundation Boulder County KGNU News

This edition of Community Foundation Boulder County’s A Public Affair marks a special transition. After nine years behind the mic — leading the show with humanity, curiosity, and a genuine love for our community — Jim Williams is stepping down as host. As we thank Jim for his years of dedicated service, he helps welcome our new host, Carey Mason.

We begin with Jim, who reflects on his time with the show before introducing Carey to our listening audience. Then, Carey sits down with his first guest, Adam Fedyski, Community Outreach Coordinator at Wildlands Restoration Volunteers. Together, they discuss the organization’s work to build diverse communities that care for the land across Boulder County and throughout Colorado.

This story aired on A Public Affair, KGNU’s weekday morning show featuring in-depth discussions on local news issues. Click here to listen to other episodes of A Public Affair.
