What Boulder has learned about wildfire insurance

Four years ago, the Boulder Marshall Fire destroyed over 1,000 homes. Now, as residents rebuild their homes, many have found that they were not as insured as they previously thought. KGNU’s Greta Kerkhoff spoke to Tony Cookson who co-authored a study looking into the level of insurance across the fire’s victims. She also spoke to Kelly Watt, who lost her home in the fire.
