Weed Between The Lines: Access to Medical Marijuana

This week in Weed Between the Lines Leland Rucker takes a look at a bill in Utah that would have allowed people in the state to get access to medical marijuana.  Some patients are allowed use medical marijuana, but there is nowhere for them to actually get it in the state. That bill would have given them access to marijuana, but it died in committee last week.
