Weed Between the Lines: Updates on the “Lab Rat” program and tax reform efforts

Leland Rucker comments on Boulder’s backtracking of their participation in the State’s “Don’t Be A Lab Rat” anti-drug campaign targeted at teens. This came after the Boulder Valley School District decided to refuse the placement of the human sized rat cages on their campuses.
