Leland Rucker comments on Boulder’s backtracking of their participation in the State’s “Don’t Be A Lab Rat” anti-drug campaign targeted at teens. This came after the Boulder Valley School District decided to refuse the placement of the human sized rat cages on their campuses. Also, we hear some comments on the latest efforts on cannabis tax reform and what Coloradans frequently shop for on Ebay.
