Warnings Sent After Unlicensed Marijuana Events Highlight Cannabis Lounge Headaches

Last weekend in Denver, eight businesses received warnings for hosting marijuana-related activities without the required licenses. With recreational cannabis legalization ten years behind us in Colorado, where are the cannabis lounges that could legally host these sorts of activities? According to longtime cannabis correspondent, Leland Rucker, despite efforts to open marijuana cafes and lounges in Denver and Boulder those businesses remain buried in red tape and stalling tactics.
