“The Squirrels” Merges Dark Satire with Absurdity as Squirrels Battle on Aurora Fox Stage

The Aurora Fox Arts Center is presenting The regional premiere of “The Squirrels” by Robert Askins on Friday night, January 17, 2020 Shows are Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 and Sundays at 2 through February 9.

A dark satire, “The Squirrels” is a funny and fiery examination of race and class in today’s America, told by a bunch of desperate, murderous squirrels. KGNU’s Veronica Straight-Lingo stopped by the Aurora Fox to talk to Director Missy Moore about the show.
