The Conversation Part 1: The Israeli-Palestinian Conversation Playing in Denver July 2-3, 6

The Conversation is a 4-part play series set within a community-engagement project that addresses topics considered difficult, provocative and controversial, with the aim of finding common ground despite strong conflicting views. The plays dramatize the Center for Humanities & the Arts at CU Boulder’s Difficult Dialogues Series to spark informed and passionately engaged conversations amongst all in attendance, offering a powerful and unique artistic and socially-engaged experience.

Part 1 of The Conversation: The Israeli-Palestinian Conversation, will be remounted at Denver’s Buntport Theater on July 2, 3 and July 6th. KGNU’s Veronica Straight-Lingo spoke to playwright, creator and theatrical artist Ami Dayan, about the creation of The Conversation. Ami begins by quoting from the play.
