The Co-op Power Hour: Worker Owned Businesses

Today, host Nathan Schneider finds out about worker owned co-operative businesses – where the people in charge are the people who work there.  Cities like Oakland California and Madison Wisconsin and exploring ways to support worker ownership.  Today’s guests are Ankit Sharma who works at Namaste Solar, a worker co-op in Boulder; Linda Phillips, an attorney who is part of Colorado Co-operative Developers; Amy Beres, Director of the Urban Co-op Program and Bill Stevenson, Director of Cooperative Development at the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union.
