Tech Talks: Summer Health Part 3 – Sleep Apps

To finish up our summer health series, we wanted to talk about an important part of health that people often overlook: sleep. Getting a good night’s rest is just as important as eating well and exercising every day. This week, we focused on apps that help you get to sleep, help you wake up healthily, and help you relax before bed so you can get to sleep. Many of these apps are free or low cost and are great tools for helping you through your health journey. Do realize that while these apps may work well for some people, they won’t necessarily work well for everyone. Look into the apps that will best benefit you and your own personal journey.

Para finalizar nuestra  serie  de salud del verano, hemos querido hablar de una parte importante de la salud que la gente suele pasar por alto: el sueño. Descansar bien por la noche es tan importante como comer bien y hacer ejercicio todos los días. Esta semana, nos hemos centrado en aplicaciones que te ayudan a dormir, ayudará a despertar de forma saludable, y ayudarle a relajarse antes de acostarse para que pueda llegar a dormir. Muchas de estas aplicaciones son gratis oa bajo costo y son excelentes herramientas para ayudarle a través de su viaje de salud. Tomen en cuenta que  estas aplicaciones pueden funcionar bien para algunas personas, que no necesariamente funcionan bien para todo el mundo.
