Claudia De la Cruz was the Presidential candidate for the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) in 2024, bringing issues to light that were blaringly absent from the two-party contest. PSL's campaign centered people-first policies to repair our tattered body polity. Claudia joins ITE tonight from the Dilemmas of Humanity conference in Sao Paolo Brazil. Catch her live-in-person on Friday May 2nd in the Community Room at KGNU's Boulder HQ, 4700 Walnut St. delivering a talk on "Beyond the Ballot: Building People Power Through Organized Struggle."

KGNU’s Verity Matthews is with the DENVER PSL at the weekly vigil for immigrants detained at the ICE-GEO center in Aurora. Calls for the release of detainees permeated the walls and some inside were able to communicate some with the crowd.
