Sensi: Pot legalization ballot measures in 2016

In this episode of Sensi, Leland Rucker fills us in on the 5 states that will have ballot measures in November on legalization recreational marijuana:  California, Arizona, Maine, Nevada and Massachusetts.

Rucker says that given the population of California alone, if the state does lift the prohibition on recreational marijuana, it could be a tipping point for federal action.

“California would be a tipping point, there would definitely be a change because of all of those people who would have access to it…there could be some big changes coming.”
