The people of Boulder County have many stories. While the tales of prosperity, success, and acceptance are shared again and again, the stories of those who struggle in the community are often either not told, or not heard. The (In)visible Boulder County multi-media project aims to change that. It was comprised of a short video documentary featuring interviews with people living in the margins .
That documentary was screened at the Dairy Arts Center in Boulder on September 14, followed by a discussion featuring two of those featured in the film and representatives of the non profits that had partnered with Boulder County and One Thousand Design in the project.
Robin Bohannan, Boulder County Community Services moderated the event.
The panelists included: Claire Clurman, Attention Homes; Claire Levy, Colorado Center for Law and Policy; Eliberto Mendoza, Boulder County Community Action Programs; Mardi Moore, Out Boulder!
