Hoy en Pasa La Voz el equipo de Espacios Abiertos de Montana OSMP habla sobre la oportunidad de trabajar como un guarda bosque y que otras organizaciones ofrecen a la comunidad Latina y de bajos recursos para poder explorar y aprender de la naturaleza. Escuchará sobre programas talez como: Junior Rangers, Calwood, Thorne Kids, y Explorando Senderos. Rossana Longo-Better conductora del programa conversa conversar con Natasha Steinmann, Leidy Pineda Flores, y Juanita Echeverri  sobre la importancia de dar acceso a trabajos de verano remunerado a adolescentes en su programa de Junior Rangers, aumentar la conciencia ambiental, así como dar acceso al programas de verano al aire libre para la comunidad hispanohablante del condado de Boulder y porqué es un asunto de justicia ambiental. Today in Pasa La Voz, Open Space and Mountain Parks team talks about the opportunity to work as a forest ranger and what other organizations offer to the Latino low-income Latino community to explore and learn from nature. You will hear about programs such as Junior Rangers, Calwood, Thorne Kids Experience, and Explorando Senderos. Rossana Longo-Better, host of the programs talks with Natasha Steinmann, Leidy Pineda Flores, and Juanita Echeverri about giving teenagers access to paid summer jobs in the Junior Rangers program, increasing environmental awareness, as well as giving access to the outdoor summer offers for the Spanish-speaking community in the county and why it is an environmental justice issue.
