Outsources: The Colorado Name Change Project

In today’s show we sat in on a workshop put on by the Colorado Name Change Project. The CNCP walks trans folks and loved ones step by step through the process of changing one’s name legally. I’ve included some highlights from one of their workshops in this show, such as how to petition to waive the requirement to publish a name change, tips for courtroom behavior, how Jude’s Law will change this process, and some comments from attendees.
