Interview with diversity and inclusion specialist, Kathryn Leslie. Kathryn is a doctoral student in the Department of Communication at the University of Colorado Boulder, and her interests lie in studying the interplay between identity and organizations from a queer theoretical perspective. Kathryn discusses the challenges that individuals with marginalized identities face in organizational contexts, and how a queer approach can help disrupt oppressive practices.
