Radio Nibbles: Restaurant Tipping Reform

This week on Nibbles, John Lehndorff talks about Abrusci’s Italian Restaurant in Wheatridge, CO,  who have adopted a no-tipping policy. They add a 20% gratuity into a customer’s check which will contribute towards a higher annual salary, benefits, and paid vacation/sick leave for its servers and kitchen staff.
