Jackrabbits, with their giant ears and feet and bounding leaps, used to be abundant in Boulder County, but they have been missing now for at least a decade. Naturalists Steve Jones and Scott Seevers search the snow on a winter day for tracks that might give evidence of any jackrabbits left in Boulder County.
