Morning Magazine Podcast – Monday September 17th, 2018 KGNU News

Today we hear voices of protestors at Saturday’s opening of the Rocky Flats Wildlife Refuge, the site of a former nuclear weapons plant; Cliff Willmeng, a Green Party candidate in the Boulder County Commissioner election, joins us to talk about last week’s court ruling which quash most of a subpoena that sought the electronic records of anti-fracking protestors in Boulder County. The judge said that “the court does find that the production of all records sought would have a chilling effect.” On Resistance Radio we hear about the Sworn to Refuse project.
