On today’s Morning Magazine, we’re taking a close look at Colorado’s gun violence epidemic, from multiple angles. First, we’ll hear from the family of a victim of the Parkland school shooting. They were in Boulder this past Friday to meet with families of those killed at the 2021 mass shooting at King Soopers. Then we’ll look at easy access to guns and what that has to do with Colorado’s high suicide rates. And finally, we’ll hear about some ideas about reducing the risk of harm from guns; from new laws to biometric trigger sensors.
