Jim Banks moderates a debate on Amendment 70 which would increase the state’s minimum wage to $12 an hour by 2020. Patty Kupfer, the campaign manager of Colorado Families for a Fair Wage speaks in favor of the measure and Tyler Sandberg of Keep Colorado Working speaks against it. Is Colorado ready for a raise in minimum wage from $8.30 to $12 an hour? Both sides of the debate make their case for why or why not this ballot measure will be good for our state.
