On this week’s Make Them Hear You, a last-minute provision for these Republican senators who were investigated regarding January 6th to collect $500,000 per lawfully subpoenaed phone record. 33 U.S. Senators are pushing back — The Anti-Cash Grab Act (S.3195) , introduced by Senators Jack Reed (D-RI), Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) and Martin Heinrich (D-NM), would repeal the provision.
