Letter Carriers to “Stamp Out Hunger” in 31st Annual Food Drive

Food inflation has been a reality for anyone buying groceries in the past couple of years, but it disproportionately affects those with lower incomes. This increases pressure on local food banks, like the Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) in Boulder. But letter carriers are stepping up to keep their shelves stocked.

KGNU News Director Shannon Young spoke with EFAA Food Bank Manager Walter O’Toole and Letter Carrier Food Drive Coordinator Diane Santoyo.
