Learn about Boulder farmers markets’ relationship with SNAP EBT

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, is a Colorado program that offers income-qualified residents money for food. Families and individuals can receive monthly benefits provided through an Electronic Benefit Transfer, or EBT, card.

Boulder’s farmers markets partner with SNAP. With more information on that relationship between vendors and SNAP users, Natalia Kaluta and Laura Alfaro have this report.
