Hickenlooper Won’t Impose Statewide Fracking Ban

Governor John Hickenlooper says a statewide fracking ban isn’t the answer to mitigating the impacts of energy development. This comes after an anti-fracking group backed away from its announcement this week that they would try to get such a ban on the ballot. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
