On Saturday, hundreds of people gathered outside the offices of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in Boulder. They were protesting a move by the Trump administration that could close the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR). As KGNU’s Don Davis reports, the rally drew scientists, community members, and local and state elected officials concerned about the future of climate research.
