Michael Gurian: Gender differences in learning

Education researcher Michael Gurian says boys and girls learn differently – because their brains are different. He says it is critical to look at the role gender plays in patterns of achievement, classroom management, and student engagement. He’ll be speaking on “The Minds of Boys and Girls: Helping our Sons and Daughters Do Their Best in Life and School” in celebration of Jarrow Montessori’s 50th Anniversary, on Saturday, September 6th, 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Naropa University, Nalanda Campus.
