Gaps in Colorado’s Health Care Workforce

“We’re shifting away from conversations of uninsurance and moving towards access to care conversations.”

The Colorado Health Institute, on July 1st, released its Colorado Local Data Workbooks, which is a collection of dozens of important health indicators customized for each county in the state.

Jessica Fern, a policy analyst with the CHI says the Workbooks were conceived as a way to measure localized gaps in the health care workforce and to identify potential solutions.
