The Fiske Planetarium at CU Boulder will celebrate Astronomy Day with family-friendly activities on April 15 from 1 to 4 PM and 6 to 10 pm to explore space by looking through telescopes and by launching model rockets and playing with UV lights.
Dr. Marialis Rosario Franco and Dr. John Keller spoke about the details of the event, future eclipses, and why the importance of diversifying and serving statistically underrepresented communities is essential in the sciences with host Fiona Foster and co-host Rossana Longo-Better
