The Environmental Protection Agency will hold public hearings in four locations next week to discuss the Clean Power Plan proposed rule. Denver will host two meetings, on July 29 and July 30. I spoke with Michael Hiatt, an attorney with Earthjustice’s Rocky Mountain Office in Denver. He’ll be testifying at the hearing.
