Elections 2022: League of Women Voters Call-in Show

A panel from the League of Women Voters of Boulder County took calls from KGNU listeners with questions about the 2022 election.

  • Emma Piller (left) is the League’s Voter Service Director, supporting the League ballot issue, candidate forum, voter outreach and VOTE411 teams and contributing to other voter strategies. Emma has been involved in voter and policy advocacy work at CU and through various jobs and nonprofit organizations. Currently Emma is an Organizer with Colorado WINS, the state employees union.
  • Judy Mares-Dixon (center) serves as the League’s Ballot Issues Team Director, helping to guide and oversee League volunteers to research, provide educational materials and present publicly about ballot issue pro/con positions. Outside of her work with League, Judy has worked in the conflict resolution field since 1986 as a trainer, mediator, facilitator, consultant, coach, and dispute resolution systems designer, mediator in the U.S. and internationally.
  • Celeste Landry (right) has been a member of the Boulder County League for two decades. She has been regularly involved with the Ballot Issues Team and also serves as a member of the state League’s lobbying group. She is a co-leader of the local League’s Voting Methods Team and active on the Schools Team. She has also been facilitating the state League’s new Alternative Voting Methods Task Force.
