On the ballot this election, Boulder voters will be asked to consider moving municipal elections to even years. The measure is known as Ballot Question 2E.
KGNU’s Sam Fuqua moderated a panel discussion on the measure. Speaking in favor was former city councilwoman Jill Grano. Arguing against was former mayor Sam Weaver.
