Elections 2019: Lafayette City Council Candidates – Community Rights Advocates

There are five open city council seats up for grabs this year in Lafayette and there are five candidates that have a shared platform and common principles. They are all running independently, but call themselves the Community Rights Advocates. Many of them have come from grassroots efforts to ban fracking in Eastern Boulder County. We hear from two of the candidates Marty Feffer and Patricia Townsend. The other three candidates part of that slate are Anne Borrell, Tonya Briggs and Jenna Tullberg.
