Development projects that improve the lives of some ethnically and racially marginalized communities might look different than other community projects. This trend is what Judith Morrison is working to reach folks that need it the most. I spoke with her while she was in town for the Conference On World Affairs.
Judith is the senior advisor in the Gender and Diversity Division at the Inter-American Development Bank, where she is responsible for leading analytic and development initiatives to fully incorporate marginalized communities. Morrison previously covered South America and the Caribbean at the Inter-American Foundation. She was executive director of the Inter-Agency Consultation, program director at the Inter-American Dialogue and was on the board of Episcopal Relief and Development. Judith Morrison and host Nikki Kayser discuss development projects in Latin America.
