Sunshine Home Share was established in 2015 by Alison L. Joucovsky, a geriatric Licensed Professional Counselor to meet the growing demand for both affordable housing and senior services in Denver. The program is based on a proven home sharing model used in 64 cities nationwide.

Sunshine is the first senior-focused home sharing program in Colorado facilitated by geriatric social workers. Our social workers offer care management services, education, and advocacy by utilizing an intensive, client centered home sharing model and financial wellness and empowerment program. The financial wellness and empowerment program helps clients take control of their finances by providing one on one education and services.
