The mission of Plant the Seed Project is to bring urban agriculture to Denver area school children. Youth Farmstand and Garden-to-Cafeteria programs provide youth with the skills needed to grow nutritious food and to take action within their communities. Executive Director Mike Spade talks with host Rae Solomon.
