Anne Tapp, Executive Director of the Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Non-Violence, SPAN, joins us to talk about the ripple effect of domestic violence in our community, in the wake of the murder in Frederick of Shannan Watts and her children Celeste and Bella. SPAN is working with local domestic violence agencies in Frederick and surrounding areas to support the community at this time.
