Dot Org: Friends of Gueoul

Friends of Guéoul supports young girls who, for financial reasons, are at risk for leaving schooling at a very young age. Scholarships buy them time to be children and extra years of education which benefit them, their families and their future children.  Founder and Executive Director Judy Beggs talks with host Nikki Kayser about some of the obstacles the organization faces and some successes they have experienced.
