On January 1st, 2020 Denver will become the first city in Colorado to raise its minimum wage even higher than the state minimum wage. But one expert says for most people that still won’t be enough to live on. KGNU’s Roz Brown says research shows that in almost every state, a worker now needs to earn more than 15-dollars an hour to make ends meet.
