Corruption, Guns and More Guns in South Sudan

The world’s newest country formed July 2011. Full of guns, oil and little else, the task of building a cohesive nation is challenging to say the least. Host Nikki Kayser chats with three guests who are intimately familiar with South Sudan’s political landscape and history. Onuno Abulu is part of a community of South Sudanese men and women in Boulder. Dr. Lorran Wongo is a professor at Joseph Korbel School Of International Relations in Denver. Doug Cosper trained journalists in South Sudan and is a development consultant.
