Late last year, an independent Boulder food and aid distribution organization was told they couldn’t operate at their usual spot in the Boulder County Justice Center parking lot due to their lack of permit. As of January 11th, Colorado Friendship, the long-standing community staple serving Boulderites a hot meal and warm clothes for 27 years, got to bring their trailer back to the Justice center parking lot.

KGNU’s Jack Armstrong gets an update from the organization and their stakeholders as their community’s hope feels restored.
