Colorado Democrats opposed to Governor Jared Polis’s decision to enroll Colorado in a new federal tax credit scholarship program have proposed rules to ensure the program can benefit all Colorado students. Jason Gonzales has been reporting on this for Chalkbeat Colorado, and he sat down with KGNU’s Abby O’Brien to break it all down.

The bill, HB26-1292, is scheduled to be heard in the House Education Committee this Thursday.
