Capitol Coverage: Organic Marijuana Designation & Rabies Pet Vaccinations

The sponsor of a bill to create an organic certification for marijuana growers has delayed an initial hearing to try and work out additional details. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.

Also, a bill to require rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats in Colorado cleared its first committee hearing. It now heads to the full House floor for debate.
