Booktalk: “Ape House” by Sara Gruen

An ape reality show, fact or fiction?  This novel about six bonobo apes and the humans in their lives is based on the bonobos who live at The Great Ape Trust in Des Moines, Iowa. Her newest book is “At the Water’s Edge.”
