Millions of Americans use the ER as their primary care. This is due to a variety of reasons including lack of health insurance and not being able to navigate other health care options. Michael Booth, former Denver Post journalist writes about the Aurora 911 program in this quarter’s Elevations magazine. Elevations is the quarterly publication put out by the Colorado Health Foundation.
