After a series of incidents beginning in 2023, then-students Adi Prakash and Urmi Bhattacheryya sued the University of Colorado Boulder for racial discrimination and retaliation. Prakash and Bhattacheryya reached a settlement with the university this past September.

Student reporter Avery Clifton, who covered the story for the CU Independent, joined us live in the studio to explain the story.
