Host Dennis Creese spoke with Caprice Lawless and Melinda Myrick about issues concerning adjunct faculty at Universities. Adjunct faculty are typically  payed much less than salaried or tenure track instructors, without benefits or job security, in spite of the high qualifications required to fill these positions.
