Chefs and Foodies Find Their Bliss on the Farm

The joy of fresh ripe local tomatoes, the beauty of local flowers, breakfast burritos and garlic scape pesto were top of mind on the August edition of Kitchen Table Talk on KGNU. Hosts John Lehndorff (Radio Nibbles) and chef Dan Asher (River and Woods) welcomed three guests: Chef Hosea Rosenberg (Blackbelly, Santo), Helen Skiba of Artemis Flower Farm and Caitlin Kenney of the Threshold Collective.

John discussed his new guide to Boulder County roadside farm stands freshly published in the Boulder Weekly: boulderweekly.com/cuisine/prime-produce-time.
