The art of kimchi on Radio Nibbles KGNU News

On this week’s edition of Radio Nibbles, host John Lehndorff and guest Grace Yoon discuss and try kimchi. Yoon is a clinical herbalist, health coach and author of The Korean Herbal Apothecary. Through her writing, workshops, and community programs, Grace blends the traditions and science of Korean herbs, helping others apply ancient medicinal knowledge to modern life.

This summer, she debuts her food-as-medicine brand, Ginkgo & Co., as a guest vendor at the Boulder Farmers Market.

She will also teach people to make the iconic Korean dish (and to do the grandma kimchi squat!) during a workshop at the Museum of Boulder on May 21 at 5:30 p.m.

Radio Nibbles airs every Thursday on The Morning Magazine, KGNU’s weekday morning show featuring local news and community members. Click here to listen to other episodes of The Morning Magazine.
