Boulder has been sister cities with Nablus, a Palestinian city in the West Bank, since 2016. The Boulder-Nablus Sister City Project (BNSCP) aims to support citizen diplomacy and cultural exchange. In the past, BNSCP has provided olive trees, an ambulance, and a clinic to the people of Nablus. Now, they are fundraising for a fire truck.
